  • Habit and Streak Information: Names, start dates, icons, colors, notes, and check-in data for your habits and streaks
  • Settings and Preferences: Your app configuration choices
  • Widget Configuration: Selected habits and streaks for widget display

3.2 Automatically Collected Data

  • App Store Connect Analytics: Basic usage statistics and crash reports collected by Apple
  • Subscription Information: Managed by RevenueCat (see section 3.3)
  • Advertising Data: Limited data for ad personalization (see section 3.4)

3.3 Third-Party Services

RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat collects:

  • Anonymous user identifiers
  • Purchase history
  • Subscription status
  • Device information (model, OS version)

Google AdMob (Advertising)

For non-premium users, we display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

  • Device identifiers (IDFA/Advertising ID)
  • IP address
  • Device information

3.4 iCloud Sync

Your habit and streak data is synchronized across your devices using Apple's iCloud service. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is encrypted by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
  • Sync your data across your devices via iCloud
  • Process subscription purchases and manage premium features
  • Display personalized advertisements to free users
  • Improve the App through anonymous usage analytics
  • Send you notifications about milestones (if enabled by you)

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Local Storage: Your habit and streak data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account
  • App Group Storage: Widget data is stored in a shared App Group container for widget functionality
  • Encryption: All data synced via iCloud is encrypted by Apple
  • No Server Storage: We do not store your personal habit or streak data on our own servers

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with:

  • Apple: For iCloud sync and App Store Connect analytics
  • RevenueCat: For subscription management (anonymous identifiers only)
  • Google AdMob: For ad serving to free users (see section 3.3)

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your data
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure: Delete your data (by deleting the App and your iCloud data)
  • Restriction: Limit how we process your data
  • Portability: Receive your data in a portable format
  • Objection: Object to data processing
  • Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

8. Data Retention

  • Habit and Streak Data: Stored until you delete the App or remove data from iCloud
  • Subscription Data: Retained by RevenueCat according to their retention policy
  • Analytics Data: Retained by Apple according to their retention policy
  • Advertising Data: Retained by Google according to their retention policy

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us at miro@flemke-gruppe.de.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
