Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the No More app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License

Flemke Holding UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("we," "us," or "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Available Plans

The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Annual Plan

  • Free Trial: 7 days free trial
  • Billing: Charged annually after the free trial period
  • Features: Unlimited habits and streaks, ad-free experience, widget support, advanced statistics

Monthly Plan

  • Billing: Charged monthly
  • Features: Unlimited habits and streaks, ad-free experience, widget support, advanced statistics

Note: Prices vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App Store.

3.2 Free Trial Terms

  • The Annual Plan includes a 7-day free trial
  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • Your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged when the trial ends
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged
  • If you have previously used a free trial, you may not be eligible for another trial

3.3 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the applicable subscription price
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings

3.4 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select No More
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

You can also manage subscriptions at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

Important: You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

3.5 Refunds

  • All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
  • To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
  • We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly

4. Free Version

The App offers a free version with limited features:

  • Up to 2 habits
  • Up to 2 streaks
  • Ad-supported experience
  • No widget support

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Circumvent any security features or access restrictions
  • Use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the App
  • Share your subscription with others

6. Intellectual Property

  • The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Flemke Holding UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
  • Our trademarks, logos, and service marks are protected by trademark law
  • You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent

7. User Data

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all habits, streaks, and data you create in the App
  • iCloud Sync: Your data is synced via your personal iCloud account and stored according to Apple's iCloud terms
  • Privacy: Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

10. Health and Medical Disclaimer

  • The App is designed to help you track habits and maintain streaks
  • The App is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • If you are struggling with addiction or other health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare provider
  • Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have

11. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time
  • Change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
  • Update these Terms from time to time

We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law
  • We decide to discontinue the App

Upon termination:

  • Your subscription will be canceled
  • You must stop using the App
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.

14. Apple App Store Terms

  • These Terms are between you and Flemke Holding UG (haftungsbeschränkt), not Apple
  • Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
  • Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them
  • These Terms comply with Apple's minimum terms for third-party applications

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.

BY USING THE APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
